This gorgeous stoneware dinnerware set owes its name to the Portuguese fairylike town of Sintra, renowned for its whirling sources. This fascinating swirling pattern is reflected in the dinner plates and deep plates. Every plate is unique. We went with a reactive glaze finish. ‘Reactive’ is in reference to the European glazing process, which gives the minerals that are released when the plates are fired at high temperatures free rein, thereby breathing life into this unique pattern.
